At the DELTA Gruppe you are entitled to six weeks' holiday per year. That is 30 days with a 5-day week. For a variety of events, such as weddings, relocations or births, you also have the option of taking special leave

That is why the DELTA Gruppe supports local clubs. such as TV Geisenhausen, EV Landshut ice hockey team, and the local volleyball and basketball teams in Vilsbiburg. - High-quality work clothingWe provide all our technical staff with an appropriate package of work clothing and tools. Protective clothing is also provided free of charge and is regularly renewed.

While you wait for your first working day with us, we are already getting everything ready. We want to ensure that you have a smooth transition and that you quickly feel integrated. Starting a new job is an important phase and we are always there to you support you from day one.
Our aim is to make sure that you quickly find your way around and feel at home and therefore offer introductory events, our mentor program and feedback meetings.
In order to make your initial time with us as straightforward as possible, you will be assigned a personal mentor who will be there to explain all our internal processes, in most areas. Your mentor will give you regular feedback and useful tips and also provide you with all the support you need, whatever questions you may have.
