On 02.09.2024, the DELTA Group welcomed six new trainees who are starting their careers in four different apprenticeships. They will develop their skills and talents in the fields of plant mechanics, architectural drawing, industrial/business admin, and technical design.

They spent the first five days in the town of Benediktbeuern, where they took part in an introductory week specially designed to give the new team members a successful start.

The familiarization week gave the new trainees the opportunity to get to know each other and the company. In picturesque Benediktbeuern, the focus was on team-building activities that promote trust and cooperation within the group. Games of skill and joint tasks not only strengthened team spirit, but also the participants' problem-solving ability and effective communication.

A special highlight of the week was an exciting paper chase through Benediktbeuern. The new trainees were not only able to explore the surrounding area, but also put their knowledge to the test. In addition to the fun activities, informative training sessions and talks were also offered. The focus was on topics such as company values and safety in the workplace. Experienced employees and managers shared valuable insights and advice with the new trainees.

Of course, the social aspect was not neglected either. Shared meals and relaxed breaks gave the trainees the opportunity to build real relationships and further strengthen team bonds. 

With fresh knowledge, strengthened team spirit and many new friendships, the trainees are now full of enthusiasm for their professional future at the DELTA Group. We look forward to accompanying them on their journey and seeing how they develop and unfold their skills.
