Today, young school pupils had the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at the DELTA Gruppe and get to know exciting new career options. The German-wide Girls’ & Boys' Day offers pupils the opportunity to discover professions that they may not have considered before – and that's exactly what they did today.

The 20 participants were able to try out a wide range of activities, gain practical insights and talk to our specialists and apprentices. Whether design, technical or skilled trade-related - they learned first-hand what theses proffesions involve and which careers they can lead to.

The DELTA Gruppe has been involved in Girls‘ & Boys’ Day for eleven years and uses this platform to get young people interested in less conventional professions and to break through stereotypes. We are convinced that this day not only opens up new horizons for the participants, but also for our company.

Many young people have already found their way into DELTA Gruppe through taking part in this initiative - either through a school placement or even an apprenticeship. We look forward to inspiring curious young minds again this year and showing them new career prospects.
