Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming this year’s apprentices and their parents to our headquarters in Geisenhausen. Our new apprentices will begin their careers with us on 1st September 2025. This is special occasion which has been a tradition in our company for a number of years

For us, Parents' Day is much more than just an item on the agenda at the start of training. It is an opportunity to form a connection, answer questions and get to know the people behind the names. It is particularly important to us to involve parents in this significant step in their children's lives. The transition from school to working life is a big change, not only for the trainees, but also for their families.

The day began with a welcome from our management, followed by a group photo. The families then took a tour of our buildings and premises, and were able to gain first impressions of what we do day-to-day and see the places our new apprentices will be working in the future.

Another item on the agenda was the presentation of our company pension scheme, during which we provided clear and easy-to-understand information about the options available for our apprentices’ future financial security. This was followed by a detailed presentation of DELTA, including a deeper dive into our history, our values, our projects and our vision for the future.

A total of eight young people will embark on their new careers at DELTA in a wide variety of professions in the autumn. They include draughtsmen and women in the areas of architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical technicians for industrial engineering, and a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology. Their places of work are located in Geisenhausen, Landshut and  Regensburg.

We are very much looking forward to getting to know our new intake of trainees for 2025 and would like to extend a warm welcome to all. We wish everyone an enjoyable and relaxing summer. See you in September!
