Project description

Planning and project management for the construction of a new BMW plant in Dingolfing with a logistics hall, workshop and two-storey office building and also outdoor facilities. The design of the buildings is in steel and reinforced concrete in prefabricated skeleton construction. The new plant construction was built as an autonomous complex south of the historic plant 2.4 on an area of approx. 7,000 square meters. An underground railway crossing was required for the energy and media supply. In order to make the entire project as efficient as possible, the whole project was executed using Lean Construction methodology.
