Last week, our colleagues from Mexico and Tunisia visited our company headquarters in Geisenhausen to work together with their German colleagues on site and to network personally.

The week together was characterized by productive workshops, joint lunch breaks, an exciting city tour and a pleasant conclusion at the regulars' table.

During the stay, numerous workshops were held in which all participants were able to expand their expertise and benefit from the different perspectives. Such exchanges enable all those involved to learn new working methods and strengthen cooperation across cultural boundaries.

In addition to the work, the joint lunch breaks provided an ideal opportunity to get to know each other better and to exchange experiences and challenges.

A highlight of the week was the city tour of Landshut, combined with our regulars' table. Our Mexican and Tunisian colleagues were able to explore the beauty and history of the city. This experience promotes understanding of the local culture and creates a bridge between our different locations.

Colleagues exchanged ideas at the regulars' table in a relaxed atmosphere. This allowed strong bonds to be forged as well as friendly relationships to be established and deepened, which will certainly continue over the distance.

The week was a valuable experience for everyone and showed that teamwork and cooperation across cultural boundaries are possible. Through the intensive exchange of ideas and perspectives, all colleagues were able to take away important experiences. We look forward to future joint projects and further exchange. Together we can achieve a lot.
