The new construction of the Tepic site in the Nayarit region is currently one of our largest projects in Mexico. We are responsible for the whole range of design and planning services, from feasibility studies and design planning to tendering and the awarding contracts. As the client's representative, we also handle the project management, construction supervision and quality assurance.
- Dismantling of approx. 50.000 m² existing buildings and preparation of the construction site
- Renovation and industrialization of an existing hall with 4.000 m²
- Construction of a new office building with social spaces of 1.100 m², a new gate and outdoor facilities.
- Construction of a new production building of 10.000 m², a logistics building of 2.700 m² an office building of 2.600 m², technical rooms and outdoor facilities.
- Preparation of the earthworks for the next construction phase.
One challenge in this project was realizing each of the individual service and construction phases which often occurred at the same time. Therefore, an seamless collaboration between our branches in Mexico (DTM Delta Immotec MX) and Germany was crucial to ensure a successful realization of this project. Our teams worked closely together, pooling their expertise and efforts effectively.
