- Infos on the ProjectThe BuildingThe office and technology center is a six-storey building with an additional lower ground floor and basement, half of which protrudes from the site at basement level.
- Infos on the ProjectThe Office UnitsThe open-plan offices face north-east. All office floors have the same floor plan and can also be used flexibly as individual offices thanks to the open-plan concept. The conference rooms, corridors and social rooms are located on the southwest side.
- Infos on the ProjectEnergy-efficient building technologyWith a view to the future and sustainability, a heat recovery system was installed to make the entire building as energy-efficient as possible.
