New construction of an injection moulding production facility with crane system, media bridge with a load capacity of 5t/m² and new technical buildings. The start of the machine installation took place in September 2022.
New construction of the office building. This comprised the ground floor to the 4th floor incl. adjacent outdoor facilities (fire service access, granulate silo facility, etc.)
Conversions in the existing building.
A sustainable concept and the integration of renewable energies formed the basis for this project. For this reason, a photovoltaic system with an output of around 200 kWp was installed on the roof areas of the production and office building, as well as another PV system on the façade of the production building.
With an output of 200 kWp, the system can generate up to 200 kilowatts of electricity under optimal conditions, which corresponds to the average annual electricity consumption of around 50 households.
These measures support the environmentally friendly energy supply of the entire site.
- Injection moulding hall with daylight system.The production building was specially designed to meet the requirements of injection moulding production and has floors with a high load-bearing capacity that can withstand the heavy machinery and equipment. In addition, a crane was integrated to facilitate the transport and handling of materials and products. A daylight system was also installed in the installed in the injection moulding hall.
- Optimum space utilisation through precise planning.The planning and construction of the multi-storey office building presented particular challenges, especially due to the limited maximum building height according to the development plan. In order to fulfil the requirements, the building was constructed without beams. This construction was necessary to allow for the visible technical installations and to make optimum use of the limited room heights.
- Comfort zones in the office.The office building offers well-equipped lounges, changing rooms and tea kitchens to ensure the comfort and well-being of employees.
- Indoor climate from above.Various technical systems are installed on the roofs of the office building, including PV systems, ventilation and air conditioning units. This positioning enables efficient use of the available space while minimising noise pollution for the building's users.
- Media bridge.The media walkway in the production hall was specially designed for a high load of up to 5 tonnes per square metre. This robust construction enables the installation of heavy technical systems and media lines and the installation of relevant production system components.
