- Contemporary & greenWelcome to the future.Modern technologies such as environmentally-friendly pellet heating, high-grade facade and efficient ventilation system with heat recovery have been used to minimize energy consumption. The integrated heated ceiling ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. One main aim in our construction was to focus on the responsible use of rainwater to prevent flooding and support local water management.

- Production, office & gateHigh-tech facility.Production halls with complex high racks in solid reinforced concrete skeleton construction. Impressive: 13 m high double walls in the washing halls, rotated by mobile crane. Twelve solidly constructed bunkers meet the highest requirements for noise protection. The site, including the gatehouse, is secured with the latest technology. The outdoor facilities: cleverly designed access road, loading yard as well as sufficient parking spaces for employees and visitors.

- Exemplary & Future-orientedEye-catching office complex design.The 3-story office building is eye-catching with its high-quality furnishings and variety of amenities. In addition to the generous office space, there is also a canteen and well-equipped changing rooms. The technical installations include a modern heating-cooling ceiling, which ensures a pleasant room climate and allows individual temperature settings. In addition, a ventilation system was also integrated to ensure fresh and healthy air circulation.
